Margaret catered lunch for 400+ people at our conference organized by non-profits with a very limited budget. Everything went perfectly, the set up was prompt, the service was great, and the food was outstanding – nutritious, healthy, beautifully presented, and delicious. I also found Margaret easy to work with, and she was very appreciative and helpful in finding what would work with our limited means, and with the dietary restrictions some of our attendees had listed. Our annual Wine Tasting Harvest Celebration had the two most important ingredients: great people and incredible food. In the past, we’ve had BBQs with tri-tip, so I was a little hesitant to serve vegetarian this year. However, this time we had the best tasting, most complimented food of all.
